How to ask for a refund

1. Open a support request within 30 days of your purchase, using the email you bought with, and ask for a refund.
2. Tell us your order email. A reason is welcome but not required.
3. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Your licence key stops being valid, and you should uninstall PDF Virtuo from your computers.

Purchases older than 30 days are not normally refundable, but if something has gone wrong, write to us anyway. We'll do our best to help.
